Raymond L. Para, DDS
Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Dr. Para has lived in the Wilmington, Delaware area since 1987. After graduating Summa Cum Laude and receiving several academic awards from the Ohio State University College of Dentistry, he went on to complete a Dental General Practice residency at the University of Louisville and Humana Hospital.
He gained valuable experience working in several dental offices until 1992 when he opened his current practice in Stonemill Office Center in Hockessin, Delaware. He has enjoyed "growing" his practice from one treatment operatory to six and from two employees to thirteen. He has served on several committees as a member of the Delaware State Dental Society and was Continuing Education Chairman of the Delaware Academy of General Dentistry for six years. He is also a long-standing member of the American Dental Association.
While away from the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Barbara and children, Ben and Grace and their multitude of pets. You may see him walking, jogging or fishing in the White Clay Creek Preserve. Occasionally he finds time to get in a round or two of golf.
Alexis Senholzi Levendis, DMD
Dr. Senholzi Levendis earned her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She then went on to graduate Magna Cum Laude from Boston University School of Dental Medicine. Originally from Southern New Jersey, Dr. Senholzi Levendis has called Delaware home since completing a General Practice Residency at Christiana Care Health Services (Wilmington and Christiana Hospitals).
Currently, Dr. Senholzi Levendis is an active member of the Delaware State Dental Society, the American Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Senholzi Levendis attends countless continuing education courses throughout the year, and she maintains dynamic professional relationships through her membership in the New Castle Dental Study Club. In addition, she volunteers her time as an attending dentist in the Department of Hospital Dentistry at the Wilmington Hospital. In this position, she helps to supervise and educate the current dental residents.
Since joining the practice in 2007, Dr. Senholzi Levendis has appreciated getting to know the Hockessin area, as well as the wonderful patients. When not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Darryl and their lovable dog. Dr. Senholzi enjoys exercising, swimming, and is always trying to plan her next travel adventure.
