We are happy to announce that we will be reopening our office on June 1 to allow us to see a limited number of patients with certain dental health concerns.
One thing that you hopefully have noticed when you walk into our dental office is our dedication to providing a comfortable and clean environment. Our office has always placed infection control at the top of our priority list in order to keep our patients and our staff safe at all times while providing excellent dental care.
We have spent much time and effort since the recent health crisis began reviewing our methods and equipment to ensure that upon reopening, we will be able to confidently treat our patients with everyone's utmost safety in mind. In addition to continuing the usual practices of cleaning, disinfecting and sterilizing the office surfaces and instrumentation that we have always followed, you may notice some changes:
- All office staff will be wearing enhanced personal protective equipment (the PPE we've all heard so much about!)
- We have purchased and installed the latest air filtration systems in the reception, business areas and our treatment rooms to keep the air we breath safe and clean.
- All surfaces will be cleaned with EPA approved "fogging" techniques to make sure nothing is missed.
Prior to entering our office, we will also be screening every patient by taking their temperature, checking their oxygenation levels with a simple device slid onto their finger, and answering a few brief questions. In addition, everyone in the office will be required to wear a mask at all times..
Thank you for your understanding in these difficult times. We look forward to seeing you again.
